Executive private office: Our executive private offices are fully furnished, connected with WiFi, and are cleaned daily. We also offer mail handling services, VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, short and long-term commitment of ten hours of boardroom per month, reception service, and a waiting area.

Virtual office: With this office feature, you receive mail handling and a business address, VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, three different packages that include seven days of available co-working space, and three hours of boardroom time.

Boardroom services: We have more than thirteen boardrooms across the GTA available for all our members. These boardrooms cater to meetings of different sizes and requirements as they have all the latest technology for presentations, communication, and more.

Event rooms: For the purpose of workshops, we also offer event rooms that can accommodate up to thirty-five people. They are also efficiently equipped with WiFi and a 4k projector and sound system for effective communication.

Our advice for our clients

Arrange your payments & essentials appropriately: We usually collect payments in the first month and last month of your rental period. We even collect a security deposit and incorporation license and IDs to verify your business and ensure it is a legal and registered company.

Our services vary: Some of our shared office services and accesses vary from one site to another. As a result, you’ll need to inform us about your requirements before booking a space so that we can accommodate you, your team, and other requirements sufficiently.

Maintain co-working etiquette: As you will be using a shared space, you’ll need to maintain co-working etiquette. By this, we mean you will need to respect the privacy of others and the fact that common areas are for everyone to use. You will not be allowed to put your branding on windows or common areas.
